Prices are the entry list prices each vendor publishes on its own US pricing page, read on Oct 27, 2026. They exclude taxes, payment processing unless stated, hardware, add-ons and negotiated discounts; a promotion appears only in the notes, labeled as one. Prices change. No vendor paid for a place or a price in this table.
Verdict: BoldSign for signing documents you already have; PandaDoc Business only if your team writes and prices its documents inside the tool.
The two products charge for different work. PandaDoc's plans are built around creating a document: a drag-and-drop editor, a content library, pricing tables and a quote builder. BoldSign's plans are built around sending a finished file for signature and counting envelopes. Prices below come from PandaDoc's plan-comparison help article and BoldSign's pricing page, both read on October 28, 2026; PandaDoc's public pricing page returned a bot check and could not be read.
The plans that matter

On PandaDoc, CRM integrations other than Salesforce start on Business; Salesforce is a paid add-on. BoldSign also sells API access separately, from $30 a month for 40 envelopes; PandaDoc's API is shown as a paid add-on on Enterprise.
Why BoldSign takes the verdict for most small teams
A team that drafts contracts in Word or exports PDFs from another system gets little from PandaDoc's editor. On Starter, it would pay $19 a user for a template limit of five and no quote builder; BoldSign's Growth plan costs $5 a user with ten templates and in-person signing. For a three-person team on annual billing, that is $57 a month at PandaDoc against $15 at BoldSign for the same signing job. The limit to watch is BoldSign's Growth allowance, 50 envelopes per user a month pooled across the account: three users share 150 a month, and when the team as a whole runs past that, the next step is Business at $15 a user, still well under PandaDoc Business.
When PandaDoc is worth the price
PandaDoc earns its cost when the document itself is the sales work. A sales or agency team that assembles a proposal from a content library, adds a pricing table with options the client can pick, routes it for internal approval and pushes the result back to HubSpot or another CRM is using exactly the features that only appear on PandaDoc Business. There is no point buying Starter for that team: pricing tables, the quote builder, the content library, approvals and CRM sync all start at Business.
The deciding question
Open the last ten documents your team sent for signature. If they were all written outside the signing tool, choose BoldSign. If most of them were proposals or quotes that someone assembled and priced, compare PandaDoc Business against the time spent building them today. If your company already owns an agreement platform, see how PandaDoc compares with the market leader.
